This thing is j u n k. Light turns off when you remove the wand, so now you can't see whatever it is you removed the wand to get. The attachments pop off of their holders like that was the intention. Super fun game of find the accessory after it randomly shoots off under a couch. The carpet height setting is little more than a janky roller speed / height adjustment. It sucks the rugs up like it is being paid to. It is obnoxiously awkward to handle, and too heavy for how little suction it has compared to my 5-year old Bissell. The agitator / roller is extremely abrasive. It ate through a rug and the cord all in the same day. Caused a nice little spark. Our 10 year old Shark is far far far better than this vacuum cleaner. Our vacuums get a real workout with 2 dogs, so I could see this being adequate for someone with little reason to vacuum... I would never recommend this product to anyone unless I really disliked them,

Waited a week only to receive one that had been used and broken. To add insult to injury I then found out Best Buy isn’t selling them anymore so I can’t even get a replacement. I had to spend MORE money to get a similar one.

I liked my old shark better. This one is harder to navigate on carpet. It’s a bit too bulky to get behind toilets. Overall it’s a sturdy machine but not as accommodating as the older style.

This is our 3rd Sharp vacuum and cost way more than the other 2. Do NOT waste your money. The power roller stops working and it won’t pick up anything, because Hair get stuck in it. I have long hair, but the other 2 don’t have a problem with this at all. Definitely switching brands with our next purchase.

Bought the Shark Vertex Duoclean in Sept 2021, so it's barely 2 yrs old, need to replace the entire vacuum head b/c the front roller stopped working, $105 w tax & shipping. It's considered a wear part therefore excluded from the warranty. Watch the attached video, Shark is a scam company with products that break and are not easily repairable or not repairable at all. Buy from another manufacturer, don't fall for the Shark scam.

It’s just okay. Works good but I don’t think it’ll last as long as I want it to. Kinda annoying dispense bin.

Great vacuum for dog hair. The carpet level choice could be better.

Samsung good as always, but definitely needs a sound bar.

Not a good choice for tile floors. The roller doesn't reach/clean the grout. Works ok on vinyl floors but quite messy. Leaks while stopped and cleaning it is not a quick and easy thing to do. I prefer using a mop and a bucket.

So far so good. However these canister vacuums don't seem to last very long. This is my third in as many years. We'll see if this one holds up

Smaller than I imagined when purchasing. With two dogs that she’d a ton, I’m continuously having to empty when vacuuming. Not what I expected for the money spent.

The vacuum is ok. It is a little clunk to move around and isn’t as easy to get into tight spaces like our old dyson ball. Overall it seems to pick up a lot of dirt and dog hair.

Excellent suction -especially hair and lint - and the hair does not wrap around the roller
