Got it home and returned it the same night. The picture quality was horrible compared to the store and the 60 hertz refresh rate made things worse.

We would have different colored lines in the picture which would appear at the different times. After the first week they did not appear so we kept the TV.Since then it works fine and we are satisifed with it.

Awesome 4K Ultra Television

very high quality tv for the money

It finds the wifi easily and updates the firm ware automatically. It was easy to install and works great right out of the box.

When I first turn it on for the day it will go through a power cycle of turning itself on and off and back on again for 10 or 15 minutes before I am able to control the TV... Other times it will just sit on, on a blank screen with me having access or control and the only way to affect what it is doingC it to completely unplug it, from the wall. Even after going through these processes, it's still no gurantee that it will ever work when I need it to.

Also, I think the internet connection on it could be faster. It seemed to lag a bit overall compared to the other 2 TVs that I have.
