Been looking at dropping cable but hate the thought of multiple remotes for fire tv and then tv volume. This solves the problem

We've installed one of these on each of our fire stick remotes. It becomes the favorite remote rapidly, due to the ability to program each button to replace additional remotes.

Function wise, works perfect and easy to set up. Anyone can program this. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is the aesthetics. Wish it molded in a little better to make it seem more like one remote. But, it does a perfect job for a low price tag.

Overall i think this works great its just a little awkward to get use to depending on which hand you have it in.

Wanted an easy solution to reducing the amount of remotes needed with my fire stick. This is a brilliant invention that works. No longer need my tv remote or my sound bar remote. Easy to train and easy to use. A little wider than most remotes but not overly so. You get used to the size, easily.

I needed this because the firestick remote wouldn't work with my soundbar. This remote learns from other remotes. So now I can control my soundbar. Clips on easy and firm.

Nice little add on for a fire stick remote. It makes your fire stick a universal remote capable of controlling the tv's power, volume, and a few other features depending on how you set it up. It's not prefect but does the job for us.

I love this product, I actually have to of these to go with both my fire tv's, one you get used to it is very nice to use just one remote, though i wish you switch sides with it, you can put it on either side, but if it's on the right side the buttons are upside down, it was easy to program as well.

I love being able to reduce the number of remotes used, but to really accomplish that, it needs a couple more buttons. I'd also like backlit buttons, but maybe in version 2.0. I enjoyed the ease with which it is programmed. No more looking up codes, and guessing. That alone makes it worth the purchase.

The side click allows me to have control over the basic functions of my tv, while my husband has the main tv remote. Keep in mind you need to use the existing tv remote to program it. I can now change volume, channels, mute, source, and power on or off without having to get the other remote. Very handy and easy to use

Our prayers have been answered...I was so tired of using 2 remotes and really didn't want to go with a custom programmable which would easily have been 3 times the price. This is exactly what you need for TV and audio control with your Fire devices!! Went from package to programmed and installed in less than 5 minutes!

We made the switch to streaming services from your normal providers, like cable and directv. I'm used to having some functionality built into my service remote. This add on takes care of the must-have buttons to control volume, tv on/off, mute, and others. Easy to program.

At first, I had a bit of trouble setting this remote up. (But it was due to my native remote not having working batteries) After clearing up my confusion, set up was a breeze and I was able to program my TCL flat screen TV remote to the sideclick. This is great for reducing the amount of remotes you have to juggle.

Nice attachment for the fire tv remote. It allows me to control the volume, as well as just turn off the tv with out the actual TV remote, it also, when programmed, allow changing of the inputs to go from cable to the fire stick. One less remote clustering the end table.

Works great you will love it. Confusing on setting up. takes some time but once done it is great.

This is a very convenient solution for including T.V. control functionality to the Amazon Fire TV controller. I like it. It has worked reasonably well. In a couple of scenarios it was a little quirky to get it to program functions but I powered past it. How good is it? I have 3 of them.

Easiest programming I've ever done and makes it to where you can put your other remote in a drawer. Only thing that could be improved is the clip that attaches it to the Fire Stick because it tends to slide up and down allot. Need to be a more positive connection to prevent this.

The remote works well and is easy to program. The downside is its a bit heavy after inserting the batteries and the Amazon remote tends to slide in the clip. At this price point though these are minor concerns and I'd recommend this to anyone for use in a simple entertainment setup.

This device is really not necessary unless you have a problem with using multiple remotes. Remote works pretty well and is very easy to connect and install, however, it brings a bit of bulkiness to the fire stick.

Purchased this as an add-on for the FireTV remote to minimize the amount of remotes being used.
