Helps simplify having just one remote to control power, sound, and inputs without constantly needing to switch remotes. I did get this before FireTV stick added volume and power button but this still has buttons you can customize over and above.

The sidekick creates the remote that the fire TV should have come with from the start. If you need to control more than a couple of inputs you may want to look elsewhere, but for simple TV and Receiver functions it's perfect.

I bought this add on to stop having to find the actual TV remote to turn the TV on/off and change the volume (output on my soundbar). The sideclick was easy to install and program. I bought several to go on my other Firestick remotes. Great value!

I purchased this to go with my Amazon Fire remote. The fit and finish is perfect, they give you two clips to work with the two different types of Fire remotes. When I had a question about programming the Sideclick, their team was great. Patient with me and very knowledgable!!

This thing is amazing. No need to find your TV remote, you can lose them both together now! Just kidding. Seriously though, great idea. If they added a teaching piece to find then your toddler loses it, if gladly pay $20 more! (like an internal Tile)

This started out as a kick starter campaign but is for sure worth the investment. The issue with the fire stick is the lack of ability to program on a Logitech universal remote. This allows you to have the necessary functions attached to your remote. Took 4 remote down to one.

If you use the Amazon remote control for Amazon Fire Stick then this is a must have! It a simple device, that when programmed, will allow you to work you TV set without having to get the TV remote to use the most used chores, like on-off, loudness, etc. Works great.

Works as advertised,I just wish it had a few extra buttons and wifi connection.

It took me a little time to realize how to actually set this to make it work, but once you figure out that you have to push the button on the remote that your trying to learn, it's a breeze and it's nice having another universal remote around since my kid likes to hide remotes.

This is a useful addition to the fire TV remote. I found the sideclick a little cumbersome at first, but after moving the device a little further up it didn't bother me to use. The remote pair works well and still fits in your hands comfortably. Try it!

I didn't know I needed a sideclick before I experienced this one. Now, that I own one, life as we know is 3% better when I am watching the TV that uses the sideclick, next to the bigger TV that I am actually watching the more important game on. Yes, game on.

I was concerned I was throwing away money but turns out the sidekick works like a charm. I have tested it by trying on my many tv's at home and several in hotels during my travel and it is so darn easy and no connecting to the Internet to set it up, just point and it is ready

Adds some bulk to the remote but allows us to control the volume of the surround sound, change channels on the Sony tv and move around on the Fire TV using the Fire remote. Have 2 buttons programmed for powering things on. A great idea and easy to set up.

Great companion for ones Fire tv or stick remote. Easy connection with many options. Works great with my fire tv remote. If you follow instructions one should not have any issues.

Overall it's a good product and decent enough value for the sale price that I paid for it. I needed a new remote for my TV and receiver as my kids broke my other one. This did the trick!

I was able to cut the cord by purchasing an Amazon Fire Stick running Sling TV. Best purchase ever! however, the AFS remote does not have the volume control so I found this SideKick universal control and it works as expected. Set up was very easy - Thumbs Up!!!!

I wanted to stash one remote and tried this. The sideclick easily remembered the firestick remote like all universal remotes getting the button pushing sequence is important, so read the instructions. I ended up watching a youtube video.
