    To be fair, the device may not have been compatible with my Xfinity service per one research clue or it may have been defective. I bought it at the same time I bought the Amazon Firestick Cube so that I could extend the capability of that remote and have only one remote. The Amazon Cube was so easy to setup and the Sideclick easy to attach to that remote, but then nothing synced to the Sideclick from my Xfinity remote except the on/off switch. After much research and several attempts, we easily returned it to Best Buy. As I said, research said it was probably not compatible with Xfinity or it was defective.
