I WAS THERE TODAY RETURNING ITEM. IT SHOWS ON MY ACCOUNT AS RETURNED BUT THEN THE SAME ITEM WAS PURCHASED AGAIN AT THE SAE STORE AT THE SAME TIME! IT DOES NOT SHOW THAT ON MY RECEIPT EITHER! TERRIBLE SUPPORT... I CANNOT GET THRU... STORE PERSON PUT ME THRU TO A MAIN # WHERE A REP DIDNT UNDERSTAND MY ISSUE AND WHEN I EXPLAINED IT AGAIN I WAS PUT INTO A SURVEY REGARIDING MY EXPERIENCE! I HAVE HAD IT ONCE AGAIN WITH BEST BUY! I WAS IN THE STORE FOR AN HOUR TODAY... I CULD NOT GET A SALESPERSON TO HELP SELL ME A TV... SHOW ME TVS EXPLAIN WHAT THEY DO OR NOT.... It's method to attach isn't too terribly difficult to figure out. Do not buy this if you have a TV with built in prime, it will not fit the remote. Although the product description will lead you to believe it does, it did not.
