not what I wanted

Good idea - quality could have been better

When I tried removing it to replace the remote batteries the holder broke. So now i can't attach it and have to use it as a separate remote which defeats the purpose.

No Customer Service from Sideclick - Overall Poor

Plus, the overall quality of the accessory is poor, in my opinion. When added to an Amazon Alexa remote, it doesn't look aesthetically pleasing.
