It wouldn't stay attached to the Apple Watch, so just be sure yours isn't defective. I would recommend that you just buy the more expensive bands from apple, they are made precisely and last longer.

I had to return it because the band didn't fit my wrist. It's not like the band that comes with the Apple Watch. The size is XL, so if you have a small wrist it won't fit good.

Putting them on requires a bit more effort as they don't stay in the plug before you insert the belt. And my pair seem to have stretched out a bit from its original size.
