Great quality, hard setup

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.easy to install, one thing I don't like , is the outside camera doesn't have video, playback or storage to see what was there at time of detection, I think you have to pay extra for this service? ring door bell , and a lot of others has it without paying extra.

No pwr on 1 device

Best Buy would not return jus the cam, had to uninstall all devices to make return. Contacted SimpliSafe, who sent a new cam a month later. Great system

Be careful

I dropped the service and the base station constantly reminded me to sign back up. That made the system a nightmare. The only option was to pitch the whole thing into the trash.
