Love it so far. Replaced Google Nest Guard which is being discontinued. Set up was very easy. Sensors stick onto door and frames very easy and are secure. Same with keypad. Range was excellent as well.

First off- Best Buy had the cheapest price for this bundle AND it came with two bonus products for free! Shipping was great it came within 2 days. It was SO easy to hook up- step by step instructions are told to you through the main base. I have an older house and the front and back door sensors fit and work perfectly. The alarm set up is easy and figuring out how to work it and change settings is very easy (I’m a 35 yo woman who set it up myself) I have a 1300 sq ft house and this bundle was perfect. The alarm is VERY loud I can hear it across the house. 10/10 recommend.

SimpliSafe has completely upgraded my home security. Setup was quick and wireless, no drilling or hardwiring needed. The system is sleek, responsive, and the app makes it easy to monitor everything on the go. 24/7 monitoring, instant alerts, and smart home integration make it a no-brainer. I feel safe whether I’m home or away. Highly recommend for simple, effective home protection!

We wanted something that would help us feel safe without paying a company to monitor the system. You can pay for monitoring but we chose not to. I like that it has 3 settings (off, home and away). It has 4 door monitors and 2 motion sensors, which was just enough to cover any ways to get in our home. It was pretty easy to set up but when we had a question the customer service was quick and helped. I feel safe enough that I can sleep again!

SimpliSafe provides multiple options for starter sets that fit individual needs. The price is great, and the iPhone app is easy to use.

Base is not connecting to one of my senors. I place in the middle of the home for a good connection but when I open the back dooor the almost doesn’t trigger. Other than that great security system

Gifted to brother for new place and he is well pleased. I have used SimpliSafe for years and continue to be pleased. Added video doorbell, second keypad, two key fobs, two panic buttons, and 4 wireless cameras. App works beautifully.

I recently purchased the SimpliSafe 8-piece kit, and while I was initially excited about its features, I quickly realized that many of the capabilities I was most interested in are locked behind a subscription paywall. This has left me disappointed and questioning my purchase. For example, you cannot receive notifications when the alarm is triggered or activate/deactivate the system remotely from your phone without subscribing to their Interactive Monitoring Plan. These are basic features I expected to be included with the purchase price of the system. Unfortunately, they’re only accessible if you pay a monthly fee, which feels unreasonable for something as fundamental as mobile control or alerts. On top of that, the Android app is glitchy and frustrating to use. During setup, I encountered issues when configuring individual sensors. Specifically, when I tried to adjust the "alarm mode" for a sensor in the app, it wouldn’t let me change the setting. The interface feels unpolished and unreliable, which is disappointing for a security system that depends on smooth app integration. Overall, if I had the chance to buy again, I would choose a different brand—one that doesn’t lock essential features like notifications and remote control behind a subscription. A better-designed app and more transparent pricing model would have made a huge difference. For now, I can’t recommend SimpliSafe unless you’re prepared to pay for the subscription and deal with an app that still needs significant improvements.

Outstanding value. I was an ADT customer for over 15 years. The SimpliSafe system is easier to use and I haven’t experienced any of the issues I had previously with performance. It was very easy to install too.
