Best value bundle you can own from SimpliSafe for your home security. I purchased this on sale for $149. Best deal I’ve ever spent on home security. Add-ons available as well if you ever wish to expand to more sensors and motions and cameras and etc.

Easy to install and operate reasonable price exceptional quality

Simple, easy to set up and works well. Some fancier features are paywalled behind a subscription but the free ones are sufficient for a basic entry detection system. Latches onto 2.4ghz wifi, not the 5ghz network. If there was one improvement I would like, it would be to allow pin lengths of 6 digits instead of 4.

This system is outstanding. Super easy to setup and very user friendly. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking at self setup systems! The only drawback is to use Google Home, you have to purchase the highest tier of monitoring. We have Nest cameras so we didn’t need any additional cameras for the higher monitoring tier to make sense so that is the only issue I have.

Very easy to set up, works great right out of the box

This was easier to install than expected; it only took a few minutes to complete. The app walks you through the process very well and the devices themselves are ready to go with sticky mounting tape on them already, and most have the option of using the screws included instead. The only issue I have, and it is an annoying one that doesn't seem to have a fix, is the occasional disconnection of the keypad to the base station. You can still disarm it from the app, but when you have guests or children, disarming it so they can start their day, it becomes an issue. I purchased a second keypad and it does the same thing. I feel like someone is going to reply to this review and "helpfully" suggest that I change the positioning of the keypad, make sure there are no obstructions, etc, the same stuff all companies say to make it seem like user error, but this isn't user error, it is a flaw in the system. Whether the keypad is on the other side of the house or within a foot of the base, the disconnect still happens every couple of weeks, and you have to reset the keypads. It is never just one disconnected keypad, it is always both of them when it happens. The system is good, but this shouldn't be such a prevalent issue.

I got this for a Christmas present for my brother and his family setting up a new system at their new home. They were very excited and say that the system set up and program has been amazing. They are even going to be buying more to add on with the same product! Very happy about giving this gift!! Love they are happy!!!

I am so impressed by the Simplisafe family of products. A huge amount of engineering and thought went into them. Just opening the box and seeing how much care was done in the packaging really impressed me. The documentation for set up and configuration was easy to understand and follow. I had the system up and running in 3p minutes.

This was so easy to install and did not take long at all. Just download the app and follow the instructions.

Setting up all my sensors was ready once I got the hang of it. Would not connect to Google, so I called and found out that you have to subscribe to a plan for the connectivity. Customer service is very helpful and knowledgeable, but I am still having trouble connecting after starting the free trial. I would definitely recommend as standalone system but the jury is still out on smart home integration.

Great security system. No need for a subscription. Works well and keeps my family safe. Simple to use and easy to disarm. Even my parents can figure it out.

This product was easy to install and set up by myself. The instructions were pretty clear. My only concern is to the actual durability of the product. I think it will be great, but some of the parts are kind of brittle feeling. I believe they will be great!

Easy install works great.. Dont take long to connect everything with the base...love it. Got it for a good price wish i had done it sooner

Lives up to the name of simple. Had it unboxed and up and running in 15 minutes. Very easy to use and program.

This product has been working great since I bought it from Best Buy. It was easy to set up and within the three days test trial I it has been working well for me and now I’m feel comfortable with it.

Easy install, easy to use. The chime every time a door or window is opened is nice during the day, when you don't arm the system. Only gave it four stars , because the alarm siren isn't as loud as I would prefer.

Like that it works so seamlessly-- easier to set up, and well connected through central hub / controls. Lack of wires gives you lots of flexibility on setup. As described, it is best for indoors and not designed for the elements outside.
