Perfect for those people who don’t look for a paid service it does what I need. It lets me know when somebody opens the doors I can add onto it and I sleep better with it on.

Setting up all my sensors was ready once I got the hang of it. Would not connect to Google, so I called and found out that you have to subscribe to a plan for the connectivity. Customer service is very helpful and knowledgeable, but I am still having trouble connecting after starting the free trial. I would definitely recommend as standalone system but the jury is still out on smart home integration.

Good but could be better. For someone who just want a self monitored system, it’s not bad. I wish the keypad was both plug in and battery but hopefully in near future it will be. It was a little easy to install and did not take long at all. The sound level needs a little work but overall, great system.

This product was easy to install and set up by myself. The instructions were pretty clear. My only concern is to the actual durability of the product. I think it will be great, but some of the parts are kind of brittle feeling. I believe they will be great!

Like that it works so seamlessly-- easier to set up, and well connected through central hub / controls. Lack of wires gives you lots of flexibility on setup. As described, it is best for indoors and not designed for the elements outside.

This product has been working great since I bought it from Best Buy. It was easy to set up and within the three days test trial I it has been working well for me and now I’m feel comfortable with it.

Great security system. No need for a subscription. Works well and keeps my family safe. Simple to use and easy to disarm. Even my parents can figure it out.

Two of the four sensors stopped working. Service is kind of expensive. Had an alarm trip, on hold for customer service and they still sent the police which resulted in a false alarm violation.

This was easier to install than expected; it only took a few minutes to complete. The app walks you through the process very well and the devices themselves are ready to go with sticky mounting tape on them already, and most have the option of using the screws included instead. The only issue I have, and it is an annoying one that doesn't seem to have a fix, is the occasional disconnection of the keypad to the base station. You can still disarm it from the app, but when you have guests or children, disarming it so they can start their day, it becomes an issue. I purchased a second keypad and it does the same thing. I feel like someone is going to reply to this review and "helpfully" suggest that I change the positioning of the keypad, make sure there are no obstructions, etc, the same stuff all companies say to make it seem like user error, but this isn't user error, it is a flaw in the system. Whether the keypad is on the other side of the house or within a foot of the base, the disconnect still happens every couple of weeks, and you have to reset the keypads. It is never just one disconnected keypad, it is always both of them when it happens. The system is good, but this shouldn't be such a prevalent issue.
