    Easy install, easy to use. The chime every time a door or window is opened is nice during the day, when you don't arm the system. Only gave it four stars , because the alarm siren isn't as loud as I would prefer.

    Reasonably priced. Sensors don't seem to have a purpose. The alarm adds a level of protection. I didnt purchase the monitoring therefore the app does not allow me to turn system on & off from the app. Happy overall

    This system is very easy to set up for security of our garage and home. Wall mounted keypad can be carried to different rooms and has a panic button. Motion sensors are very responsive.

    Google shut down my old security system so i had to get a new one. Was eat too setup and i got it at a discount. App lacks don't features i want but that's the only real problem.

    Simple to setup, my 10-year old took the lead with my assistance. It pains me to say this because we had our prior home wired for security ($), but save your money and go SimpliSafe. Advancement in wireless security systems have come such a long way over the past couple of decades without all the issues and cost of hard-wired systems. Backup service was also of good use when WiFi reliability fell in and out due to recent router issues. Procured system during sale and don’t regret it one bit. One area of improvement would be adding in extra 3M tape that is custom cut to sensors if they need to be moved around.

    Absolute junk. It constantly has communication issues with sensors. It randomly says there is a door open. Sometimes it has even said fire, even if we don't have a smoke alarm connected to it. It only lets one person use the mobile app. It has very pushy subscription that severely limits functionality unless you pay monthly in addition to the high cost of the unit.
