Easy set-up out of the box. Alarm could be louder.

This system has worked well for me the past couple of years. Don't bother with the Slomins and ADTs of the world. They are too costly. This system does the trick and for a fraction of the cost. Love the ability to keep adding to the system. Very simple install and setup! Could use more "works with" options.

SimpliSafe Security System is working well. No complains so far. The installation took about 20 minutes, and no drilling holes on the walls. The wireless range for the sensors seems to be good. I like the fact that there is no contract and that I can cancel at anytime without having to pay any penalties. Customer service has been great so far.

I attended CES in 2015, and ordered one for myself. It is such an amazing alarm, I ordered this one for someone in my family and they have since discontinued their traditional monthly alarm service and started using this one. You can expand it as much as you want, pretty much up to only 40 different sensors, but no one really ever needs that many.

This is a great security system. Easy to set up. Works as described. Love the fact that you can add on a lot more components.

This system was super easy to install - it took my husband maybe 30 minutes. Gave it 4 stars bc one time (in the last 7 months we've owned this) one of the contacts fell off the door and the alarm went off erroneously while I was out of town. Thankfully a neighbor was able to turn off the alarm.

Actually got a price match on this one! BB had a sale before I took it out of the box. The system works and is a deters would-be intruder, but the customer service upon set up was less professional and knowledgeable than I would have expected. They were reading for a script and did not listen to me or my needs.

I researched several home security systems before buying Simply Safe. If you want a lot of bell's and whistle's then maybe this is not for you. But, if you want to keep your family safe then Simply Safe is perfect for you. It was very easy to install and took less than an hour. So far I am very happy and safe.

It was not that easy to install but not too bad either. I liked being able to purchase at Best Buy

Works well, no issues. Easy set up. Very affordable.

Easy to install (adhesives stick very well and the allowable gap between the entry sensors is surprisingly large), easy to activate service, and really lie being able to disarm via the app from anywhere.

Overall I am happy with the alarm system. It was extremely easy to set up just as advertised.
