This alarm system works nicely and was very easy to set up. Not expensive. No contracts. So far so good.

Only real problem that I had was synchronizing the remote. There is a problem if you are using a Mac computer. I ended up using my wife's windows laptop to get it working properly.

So far so good. The only thing i don’t like is the equipment looks dated and the keypad buttons don’t light up. But it does what it does very well, especially with the mobile app.

The price was right, the product works very well. Love having it, The peace of mind alone is worth it.

Been using Simplisafe for almost a decade. Really happy with their product and monitoring service. When comparing with the ADT products and the cost of the $30+ monitoring service, one is better off getting Simplisafe. Keypad is straight forward. Sensors are sufficient. And one can purchase and add as many sensors as they want. Can't beat that ADT

We were locked into a 36 month agreement at $39.99....now that I am wiser, this is a much better investment and you can pay month to month if desired. Oh to go back in time....

Would recommend this product! Super simple to install, the monthly subscription is much cheaper than other companies and they still call you before calling authorities to make sure it is not a false alarm. Comes with screws to mount the sensors if you don't want to use the 3M adhesive

We absolutely love SimplySafe! The install is so fast and easy. It literally took me maybe 20 minutes to install everything. The online setup is also super easy, and monitoring is only $15 or $25/month, depending on which package you choose. We went with the $25/month because of the mobile app capabilities. I would highly recommend!

Alarm system is very easy to set up and monthly monitoring is very inexpensive.

Overall good product but changed my mind and went with competing product that has more interface and automation features compared to this one.

We purchased the starter set from Best Buy and the remaining sensors from Simplisafe direct. Was easy to set up. The only negative was that the sensors that attach to the side of the windows, 2 of them fell off due to the tape not being that great, however, thankfully, screws were included.

I had an ADT system that was already installed in my house so I called to start monitoring again but because I no longer have a home phone line, they said I would have to use ADT Pulse with a $48.99 monitoring fee monthly. Decided to just buy the Simplisafe system & I was able to install it myself & ordered some additional pieces through the Simplisafe website. The monitoring is only $15 monthly.

A great do it yourself home security system with the ability to always add on.

Even though the original base station would not communicate with the dispatch center. The folks at Simplisafe took ownership and sent a replacement base station with the correct cell phone SIM card installed. System is very easy to install and each sensor can be named and monitored via the cellular app (with the $24.99 plan). No complaints thus far

So far, knock on wood, we haven't had to use the alarm part, but setting this up was no issue at all. I had some questions and called the company and they got me set up ASAP. Can't say enough good things about this, you just pick the places you need the sensors and go. No wires, no mess.

The setup and installation took 30 minutes. Configuring the system took a little longer, but had lots of options to suite your lifestyle. There also was a recent mobile app update that has added some new features like notifications. I feel much safer!

Seriously----this company is going to bankrupt the others once their restrictive 24 month contracts are up-----so glad I invested in this item.
