So Much Better Than ADT

The installation was quick and simple, and the response time of the monitoring service is extremely fast. Very pleased with this product. You don't have to be a DIY expert to use Simplisafe. Highly recommended!

Everything has a non-invasive and non-residue leaving stick pads, so no drilling is really needed on normal surfaces. I even had to relocate one of the door sensors, and it came off- and re stuck with no real issues, nor leaving a film on the original spot. A+.

The instructions for setting up the sensors were very easy to follow and I was done within about 20 minutes. No wires or drilling necessary unless you want to more tightly secure the monitors. This package had everything I needed to get going and I later ordered additional sensors directly from SimpliSafe that arrived within a few days. The app is easy to use, customer support has been great though I’ve only needed help once so far after having the system for about a year now.
