2-way talk is disappointing

It’s nearly impossible to speak to anyone through the camera as the audio comes out choppy and low-volume. I was also disappointed to find she the resolution is only 780p. I expected more given how high end the SimpliSafe system felt.

No Shut Eye

Spent hours alone and with SimpliSafe tech personnel trying to setup. The picture quality is also poor. Other customer reviews express similar concerns.

Indoor only, low quality picture

Quality of picture is poor from a distance, housing is cheap plastic and cannot be used outdoors. I returned it after trying it out for a few weeks.

Must pay monthly to use!
