The lock works as advertised and is very simple to install - as long as your keypad takes the software update. Also, make sure you like the look, as the pin pad, lock cylinder, and backplate are all different colors.

Works great easy to install. Happy that it works with the alarm. I wish the keypad was backlit, sometimes hard to see numbers at night. I also wish the nickel version was completely nickel not just the turn knob. Otherwise I would still recommend.

Really easy installation with clear instructions to follow. Took only a few minutes to get up and running. Now have a really nice way to lock/unlock the door with smart notifications and monitoring.

I would hold off on purchasing this item. Since this is a main security feature any malfunction is extremely concerning. It was working very well until I was told I needed to update the software. Immediately after updating I couldn't manually lock the LOCK after entering from outside. After all of the trouble shooting it was still malfunctioning and per other forum this is happening to others. It has been 2 months since I informed and still haven't received a new lock. Its unfortunate but putting my and your safety at risk is not okay. Be wary, I will update this review, whenever I receive the new product.

Very easy setup, miss a very obvious setup part! Works great with the pad Had to install upside down on my door because of the way the hardware is on the door!

Did not install well. Had to reverse the lock 180 degrees and even that would not allow the SimpliSafe device to align well. The travel to lock and unlock kept retrying and would not sync. The deadbolt is a kwickset. Did work for a while but after 2 weeks the SimpliSafe device failed completely and stopped responding even to the keypad.

I wish there was a disclaimer about this keypad. You need the SImpliSafe alarm in order to use it

This lock works great with the simplisafe system. I have had to order a replacement once about a month after installing because the lock started jamming and then stopping being automatic all together. Also, the lock does take a longer to unlock and lock then one that isn't working off of wifi. It just takes some getting used to.

Love it! Really easy to install as long as you already have a wired doorbell... I can see the kids playing outside... only issue was you don’t always get notified right when someone is at the door.

Great looking and arrived on time. Only works with a monitored simplisafe security system.

Easy to install , integrates well with the Simply Safe security system and you can control the lock from the app even with no monthly subscription

Biggest disadvantage is that you can use it from your phone only when you sign up for active monitoring which is like $25/month. I use it for giving access to people to my house using the keypad but its a shame not to be able to use it without the active monitoring

They need to warn consumers on packing and website that you need to purchase a Base Station for this to work. Very frustrating that it was made clear.

Works as expected with Alexa and Google. No issues. Installation took less than 20 minutes. I’d recommend this to anyone who uses the newer SimpliSafe home security system and appreciates home automation.

It took about 15min to install and I luv this, it makes it so easy to let company in when Im not home, and I dont need to carry keys!

Amazing! Love that I can lock and unlock my door through the app and make it easy if I need anyone to go check on my pets when I’m away. Also super easy to install and replace batteries when needed.

Easy to install and set up. You have to have a deadbolt lock in order for it to work.

This is so awesome! I never had to carry my key, just use my phone to open the door. I can even let people in when I am not home.
