The keypad fell off the wall after a couple of months. When we called Simplysafe to fix it, they blamed us for their adhesive not being great and kept trying to talk us out of canceling. Horrible security company.

Had no issues setting up the lock, operating it from the app or changing the batteries. My only regret is not taking it off when I sold my prior house to take with me to the new house.

Great product, few quirks that is mosly software related. Could be faster to open and lock.

Works fairly well. Only draw back is if the door is slightly off it won’t lock correctly.

Installing the smart lock was challenging but worked well until we had to actually change the lock.

Overall I’m pretty happy with them(bought 2). I had to change the deadbolt thumb lock position but after that,..works great

We like the nickel look. It works great with the Simpli Safe system. Love that it works with just cellular, and the response rate if fairly quick. Great that extended family can have different codes so they can get access to your home. Overall pleased.

As with all SimpliSafe items I’ve purchased, this is high quality and easy to use. I love being able to open the door for someone when I’m in the basement, or even when I’m not home. Highly recommend!

Although the installation of this product was a little more difficult than anticipated, it has worked great since I've had it installed. Would recommend to anyone looking to advance their "smart home"

The lock looks like its a great system for the price its sold at but i find it irritating that the lock is useless without purchasing the home station with the keypad which is another $100+

I installed this lock the day after Christmas. My kids love it so much because they don't have to wait in the cold. I like it because I receive a notification whenever someone opens the door.

It works and its a great gift! Would recommend to buy it

Great smart lock, does what it suppose to, make sure you have the simplisafe main hub, not sure if you need to subscribe but i am already so why not.

For clarity purposes, this product does not actually come with the deadbolt. It also is best suited for doors without the standard cutout for the deadbolt as the keypad isn't wide enough to cover the standard deadbolt cutout. Had to return for these reasons

Jumped on the opportunity to purchase this while on sale, but unfortunately, had to return it the day it arrived. First and foremost, the item was in great condition. The lock turned smoothly and it was very well made. What we didn’t realize is that you have to buy their entire security system in order to be able to even use this lock. Nothing on the item description said that, but the instructions in the box did. Since I am not willing to pay for full service when I don’t need all of the other bells and whistles, we ended up returning it and went with the Nest Yale lock.

Nice design, easy follow up install, battery operated 4 AAA . Unfortunately unusable via phone app without a 35$ monthly monitoring subscription. Auto locks at a preset time, illuminated keypad also battery operated.
