My house is protected by everything SimpliSafe. Best Buy is the only place we can purchase the products in person! As well as Best Buy has better deals on the devices then online.

I really enjoy having this on my door. My hands are always full when I come home from work so being able to just enter my code and unlock the door is great! No more digging in purse for keys!

Install was only 10 minutes and it connected right up to the alarm system. As noted in other reviews, it requires an existing subscription to the $24.99/month monitoring plan to use with your phone.

Honestly a great valued smart lock for the price. I haven’t had a single issue with it since purchasing it roughly 2 months ago. Loving it!

Works great with the Simplisafe alarm. I can lock the door from my app. It also give alerts when the door is unlocked and locked.

smooth integration into existing Simplysafe system. Kids are able to get in with little to no problem, And I get notified. A win-win. However remember you need a Simplysafe system.

Very disappointed with this lock and simplisafe! You literally cannot use this lock or even set it up correctly unless you have their alarm system. Completely false advertised. No where in the box says that u need to have their alarm system to be able to use this lock. Didn't bother with it and exchanged it for a Yale smart lock which works amazing by itself which is what I was looking for. I'm sure this lock works great for those who also have the simplisafe security system. If you don't have it, don't bother!

Do not buy this lock. It will work for a few months. Then it will have intermittent problems. Finally it will lock you out of your own home even though you have the key because you can’t override the torque calibration of the failed “smart” lock. Of course it will be roughly a month after the return period and the parent company (Simpli Safe) will say there’s simply nothing they can do since the lock wasn’t purchased directly from them. Do yourself a favor, just don’t. It’s fantastic until it turns into a horror story.

Didn't realize it needed a hub to use.. Wish it was more clear on the box. Brought it all the way home before I figured out it wouldn't work. My fault, but I think it should be advertised better on the front of the box.

This is an amazing brand. The door works perfectly if you have the whole system. The system needs an update before you use the door through the app. The customer service is quick and caring.

A perfect compliment to our SimpliSafe Home Security. Works seemlessly with our system. We love this deadbolt!

This is the first time I have bought this product. I plan on buying another one to put on the other door. I love not having to use a key to get into my house.

I’ve been in the market for a smart lock for a while now. I didn’t want to spend a ton of money on one, basically just wanted a keypad and app access to unlock remotely... and this seemed like the ticket. No where in the description of this item does it state that you must have a Simplisafe security system to use this lock whatsoever. It states to do certain aspects of its capabilities you must... and that’s only viewable with a few clicks/taps through overview and then expanding it once more to see it all. Highly disappointed that i wasted the time installing it and couldn’t even assign a pin to unlock the dang thing without a simplisafe security system keypad.

Spent all that time installing it, just to find out you need a base station in order to operate it.

Since when I’ve been using these, I don’t really use my house key anymore. I’ve never had a problem installing it. It’s a very good product.
