So I bought one. Then it won’t calibrate at all to the system. The customer care rep at Simplisafe told me I have the wrong brand of deadbolt! Really? I bought the wrong brand of smartlock!

I thought this would work a stand alone lock for my door but it turns out that you have to already have the security system for this to work. I do not so now I have to go through the hassle of returning it. It had great reviews and is a nice looking unit but that does me no good at all. They really should do a better job of making it clear that you should already have the keypad for the security system to operate it. What a hassle!!!
