The service tech was extremely knowledgeable and performed an excellent installation of the product to replace an old XM antenna that no longer functioned properly. Since then I have had no issues with my XM radio and am enjoying it almost every day.

these things wear out after a few years, there are no other options that I am aware of if your vehicle didn't come from the factory with satellite radio, this is a necessary expense unfortunately.

Picked this up as a spare and essentially replacement antenna for my old Sirius XACT Satellite Radio Unit. Original antenna's wire broke. This antenna fits perfectly, direct plug and play. No issues. Happy user again.

I had to replace the receiver that was installed in my old car, and this works so well . The reception is a lot better. I haven't had a problem with this yet. Definitley great product!!!!

Had it mounted inside by windshield because I have it in an older vehicle & I use carwashes. Works ok but loses signal when travelling under trees, etc. Might work better if mounted outside.

I lost my 1st XM Anntanna Showing A Friend how to mount it , on he's Semi , using an mount plate on rear view mirror, so I then had to purchase a replacement, works well

It's just an antenna. It does what it's supposed to. It's a bit bulky compared to older versions. I wish it was flatter. But overall no problems.
