The term ****ing money down a rat hole comes to mind, so I will eat my purchase price and pass on the "free three months" which turns out to be "one free month with conditions".

I signed up with Sirius XM and was so excited to finally have it in my car. The tech at Best Buy installed it in my car and where he put the antenna it never worked and still doesn’t.

Posted .Sorry to hear you are having issues. the antenna needs to be placed outside the vehicle on the roof (or trunk lid if convertible) with a clear unobstructed view of the sky. please have the installation checked. also if you receive a "Check Antenna" error message, it is likely the antenna cable is damaged and the antenna would need to be replaced.

If your looking for xm radio, pay the extra few bucks and get the better model. I only bought this because the better model was sold out.

There was way too much static and the installer could not get the channels to come in on the device. So I returned it.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This radio was a great replacement for my old stratus 7, which was a good radio, but it was on the "Sirius" network, so it was only able to get certain channels up to channel 176, but THIS radio (onyx EZR) is a "Sirius XM" radio, meaning that it gets ALL of the stations, depending on your plan. I snagged mine at a good time (on sale) and it is definitely worth the price. One complaint that I have is that if the vent clips need to be removed, I would recommend using something like a plastic knife because a regular screwdriver can cause damage to your car's plastic vents.
