The biggest issue is the how complicated to pay and sign up it tells you to do it on the web but it doesn’t work and the you end up spending eternity on the phone getting it to work. Mixed feeling about the whole thing

Posted .Sorry to hear you are having trouble with your Onyx EZR with poor reception. It is essential that the satellite antenna be mounted on the outside of your vehicle high on the rooftop on a horizontal surface where it isn't blocked by roof racks. Placing the antenna here will provide the best reception. Avoid placing the antenna inside on the dash or on the engine hood or trunk as these areas will experience blockage from the vehicle's roof.
If your aftermarket radio displays the "SiriusXM Ready" Logo then you can use our vehicle tuner SXV300V1 connected to your aftermarket radio.

If traveling outside of our area we loose the signal. Then we have no idea what FM stations to try. Our old XM radio was great, It came with a list of possible stations to use.
