Took almost 4 hours for an hour install!!!! Then they hooked up the sirius as bluetooth so i can't use my phone handsfree if im play sirius xm. Either i can hook my phone to the truck or sirius thats it, other plugs they forgot to hook up

I had to return the radio because I was unable to get it activated.

Not easy to use especially when driving good quality however

Ordered a new Sirius radio, delivered on time as promised. However, after many attempts to make it function, including several phone consultations with technician at Sirius, they have declared the radio defective and told me to return it. It appears that I am a week late even thought we have been trying to make this work for weeks. What to do? Throw the radio into the trash? Yes, that will be done and no more orders from Best Buy.

Very nice and easy reciever to use. I would highly recommend this.

If you're buying this for the dash mount, don't. The adhesive is not sticky, it holds to nothing. But it also doesn't come off the mount, so I cannot replace it with something better. This is getting returned.

Would not connect to vehicle radio. Total piece of junk

You have to pay more to add this device. And dealing with Sirius causes brain cell loss.

Not strong enough,can’t listen without stopping and going,on and off all the time

The lighter car adapter broke on both radios I got so had to go with the onyx xm radio different plug.

It didnt work like i wanted it to so i returned very hard to get to work

The sound quality was diiferent than my starmate, the starmate had better sound quality

It work well, even with the antenna placed on the dashboard next to the windshield. I have an AUX-in socket in the center console and I find it's the clearest sound from the SiriusXM radio. It gave me one more cord to deal with, but it's worth it! I like having the 20 presets for my favorite channels. Perfect for carrying satellite radio from my car, to an RV, or to a rental car.

I loved this radio because it's small and it fits anywhere in my car and the cables are not spread all over the place since it only hooks up to one.

I have had satellite radio's in the past but by far this one amazing, and when i perched bestbuy customer service was a 10+++.

Works awesome but if your automobile stereo isnt equipped with Bluetooth or have an aux. Port then have it proffesional installed. We did it ourselves with the help of sirius support telling us what to buy to hard wire with the fmda25 transmitter. So be careful

Got this for my husband his old one the buttons were worn and a couple weren’t working . He is still learning this one so far all good
