Doesn't matter if in the city or on a highway. The signal keeps getting dropped and displays the 1-800 number to open accoun, even though we have an account.

Posted .Sorry you had this experience - the SiriusXM Connect SXV300 is designed to plug behind the dash and connect out of sight. The only wire you may see is the antenna cable - which if professional installed is typically completely hidden as well. When the SXV300 is installed correctly, it is controlled by the compatible SiriusXM-Ready head unit for easy use.
