I love Sirius radio. Recently purchased a new radio that is Sirius ready

Just need a radio that is compatible with this and you are home free.

I decided to clean up the electronics in my truck. I had the factory radio along with a seperate Sirius receiver and a separate hands free device. I bought a Pioneer receiver which is Bluetooth and siriusxm ready. I also got the siriusxm tuner and Best Buy installed it. On the way home the reception kept going in and out. My old receiver worked fine before it was removed. I called Best Buy and they said because it is not a siriusxm receiver unlike my old one and that must be why it doesn't work. And there is nothing they could do. Cancelling SiriusXM and will just stream it through my phone.

I had my equipment Installed at 76th st location so now it’s time to remove and nobody answers!! Then I call Brookfield and person relies on computer to tell how long of a job takes which makes me hard to believe that they have years of experience. Then I find out employees of 76th were transferred to Mayfair. Again, NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONES!! Best Buy is a horrible business and costed me unnecessary money to have my equipment removed! I will NEVER shop at this crooked store!!

I've had this for about 18 months and it's terrible. It worked perfectly for about 8 months, then the display read "Check Antenna." After calls to both Sirius and Pioneer, both blamed the other. I read on other sites that the Antenna connection on this model actually wears out and therefore doesn't produce a signal. I've had my dash open 5 times in the last year and it's still not right. Such a pain.
