    We bought a new Sony radio for our 2011 Chevy Avalanche. Having 80s on 8 on SiriusXM is important for our long trips back and forth to Maine. This plugged in easily to the Sony radio and with some help from YouTube, we were able to use the original XM radio antenna.

    I have used SiriusXM for a good 20 years and have not ever had a problem. I had to purchase this with the new radio as my other one was not compatible with the new radio. Works good however I was a little concerned about the antenna being put inside the car but have had no issues.
