Has failed 2 time waiting on Best Buy to resolve the issue. They say it’s gonna take up to 4 weeks or get a radio. Will see if installer will come thru.

Posted .Sorry you had this experience - the SiriusXM Connect SXV300 is designed to plug behind the dash and connect out of sight. The only wire you may see is the antenna cable - which if professional installed is typically completely hidden as well. When the SXV300 is installed correctly, it is controlled by the compatible SiriusXM-Ready head unit for easy use.
