    Just hook it up and call the number on the box. You will need an XM radio subscription to use this device. Biggest pain is putting the antenna on the outside of the vehicle and running the wire to the inside of the vehicle. I'm using this with an XM radio ready Kenwood receiver.

    Because the original radio in our Jeep was trying to die, installer showed me the behind dash Sirius/XM unit that connected directly to the back of the new radio it was a good buy, it's incredible the difference in the quality of the sound, I would recommend this to anyone that loves music.

    I was lucky to get this on sale which was like $39 instead of normally $79 Additionally they offer three months free service. Most of the equipment besides the little phobic are underneath the hood somewhere so it's no bother and it looks nice. Understand there is an extra labor charge for Sirius radio equipment. (Apx $80).

    My AV receiver has a Sirius xm outlet. All I needed was a tuner to plug in. Unfortunately, the plug in to my receive just would not fit the plug in from the tuner. One of the few products I had to return to best buy. Evidently because of the age to my receiver, the tuner connector must have changed. No fault of the product. Probably still a good device if needed on the newer radios.

    I used to stream via bluetooth from my phone to the stereo. The reception was smooth and consistent, no "dead zones". After installing this device, buying a separate subscription and receiving directly to the device, I hit lots of "dead zones" while driving. May be near trees or tall buildings. Have been experimenting with moving the antennae around, but seems to make little difference.
