Once its installed, they really is no interaction with it. In my case, this connected up to a Kenwood radio and worked like a charm. The vehicle already had SiriusXM from the factory, so I chose to use an adapter and utilize that antenna instead of using the one that came with this kit. No problems with the install at all - it worked exactly as expected.

Good for radio
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I used this when I replaced my factory radio from my 05 Trailblazer to a kenwood double din radio. I have uaed this before for my Odyssey and it worked great. This needed to xm radio ready dash units. I do not know if this will work for factory units without xm radio. Generally with factory systems the xm tuner is in the radio and the antenna is wired through factory antenna.

The installer recommended this tuner. Once installed SiriusXM was super easy to setup and operate. Plus, I got 6 months free satellite radio.
