Kind of straight forward but the product was a easy hook up and it has powered the dryer. Can’t say anything bad about a power cord at this point. It’s see how it holds up in 5 years and revisit this comment section

This is the first time I have written a review. The washer is very good. We had a very old Maytag (from mid-1980s) and its time finally came. We had problems with the dryer - getting "nP" errors which according to the manual, the dryer was not getting enough voltage. Bought a voltage monitor and the outlet was getting the required 220+ volts. Called Best Buy and they replaced the dryer no questions asked-remarkable. New dryer is working perfectly. Can not say enough about Best Buy's customer service-excellent.

The technicians who installed my dryer brought this cord with them (I had prepurchased the installation kit) and it was the right cord. It fits the space where my dryer is and works perfectly.

Best Buy and the manufacturers have gotten together and made it where you HAVE to buy a new power cord from the retailer when you buy the washer or dryer. The units simply don't come with one. So, whether you're buying from BB, or from another source, you still get to invest in a brand new power cord. Silly, I know. My only real complaint is that BB should sell more than just 6-foot power cords. In most homes, the power outlet is OPPOSITE the connection on the back of the washer or dryer, and that limits the position you can put the dryer in your laundry area. At least that's the case for me. A 9-foot or 10-foot cord would have been better.
