I hook the boost up to my router so all other sonos products can be used wirelessly. I have had no problems as of now.

Had issues with no sound from soundbar at least once a week. Loses signal and had to turn off to reset to get back connection to soundbar, sub and surround. After installing this i had no issues. Worth getting

This product is what makes your speakers wireless. Not having to run cords throughout the house is a bonus.
