It Works as Advertised

It was disappointing, but a quick trip to Best Buy to pick up the Boost took care of the issue and all works as advertised now.

I connected the boost to my router in my office on the second floor of my home. This is extremely easy to install and the secure wireless bridge can be picked up from all tv's or locations in my home (2nd floor, main floor and my finished basement). Makes installing additional speakers a piece of cake!
