    I bought this for an additional Alexa speaker for my home. The ability for music is good however the Alexa features are limited on this device.

    I’m a Sonos fan, added this one to get Alexa in kitchen. Doesn’t intergrate 100% with rest of my system, but Alexa work pretty well.

    It’s a nice looking piece and adequately fills a good sized room. My wife loves the all white as it blends in with the kitchen.

    First of all BEST BUY customer service completely let me down. They sent me a Sonos without a power cord. I returned it 2 weeks ago and still haven't gotten a refund. Even after talking with customer service and being promised 3 times that my refund had been issued. The SONOS itself is very lacking when it comes to Alexa. You would be much better off to just buy an Echo Dot and a Bluetooth speaker. The SONOS does not connect to Alexa and the internet half of the time. When it is sitting right beside an Echo, the Echo will connect and the SONOS will not. Also the app and it's ability to work with Spotify is horrible. The same goes for TuneIn Radio and Pandora. Skip this product. Save some money and simply by the Dot and any high quality Bluetooth speaker. You'll be much better off and probably happier!

    This a really terrific speaker to go with my other Sonos products......it takes a bit, and can be confusing to set up. But worth it
