Love Alexa's help! Great wake up alarm system and of course the music!

This speaker was a fantastic addition to our Sonos home setup.

This is my first ever Sonos product, and probably my last. It might sound better than an Echo but I would rather have an awesome assistant than bad music player with Alexa. The Sonos is bad at being Alexa. You have to play music from Amazon, Pandora, Spotify, etc. through the Sonos App which of course isn't going to be as good the native apps since it has to do all of them. Spotify does not even see it as a wifi speaker, so the only way to play music is the dumb Sonos app. It sounds good but mine is going back to Best Buy due to no Bluetooth support. Online, people said that two Sonos is better than the Homepod, but when I am forced to use third party app in order to play music, what is the point? I don't have the strongest internet speed, so half the time I can't even use it.

I would recommend sonos. We have 6 and really like them a lot.

Bought this speaker fo have better sound when listening to music on my Alexa. The Alexa function is limited compared to a regular Alexa and the sound is not leaps and bounds better. The biggest disappointment is that to stereo pair you have to buy 2 of these units. Why would you want to have 2 Alexa's in the same room? Sonos need to correct this issue and allow these to pair with the Play one and then my opinion might change.

I like being able to turn music in by just asking. Sometimes Alexa seems to turn itself on... Makes noise when it's not been asked. Scary

Almost 2 months ago, I offered to myself the best gift ever, SONOS 1.

Using it for alarm clock, too and waking up to my favorite music.

100% better than the echo plus. No question! I’ve tried both.

Overall its a good product, it need a better interface with the Sonos system. It does well, but sometimes it doesn't recognize any of the Sonos devices on the network. The alarm on the Alexa app only has one alarm sound. While the Alexa Dot has more options. There are many options that Sonos One Alexa doesn't have compared to the Alexa button.

This was a present for my son and his wife and they love it!

After 24 hours, we finally have both Sonos Ones set up (one in the reception area of our office, and the other in the lounge). Setting up the first Sonos was a breeze, but the second one took a good amount of Googling others' issues until we found the solution that worked for us. These speakers are great, but the set-up process needs some serious work before I'd be willing to give them a 4-star review.

Best Voice Assistant Speaker Sonos Came Out With Awsome Product

The speaker is great, but Alexa’s sleep timer doesn’t work with the Sonos One a big drawback for people wanting to go to bed to music.
