Things worked out great at first, but now the Amazon aspect won't respond. It's temperamental.

Seems to work most of the time, but will revert back to some of the original stations requested

Love the WiFi connection and ability to have my music and movies played throughout my home.

Not sure I would rate this as high as some others do. Alexa communication is not the best.

Have tried to connect Alexa and my Amazon account a few times now and it doesn't seem to recognize the actual account. seems a bit more complicated than if it were simply an Echo, which was what the advertising makes it feel like. That said, sound is great and will change my perception once I can actually start using voice commands to play music.

But the Alexa feature is not flawless. Normally have to try multiple times before it works.

I would save your money for the price it's not worth it. Just buy a Sonos one speaker. Cannot access many apps. It does not have many features that a plane Alexa can do, however, the sound quality is excellent.

Added the Sonos One to one in my bedroom so I’d have a pair in every room. Love it.

Great speakers. Have them all over my house. They work great.

Love it, just took a bit to understand how to communicate it with other units.

I HAVE FOUR OTHER SONOS SPEAKERS AND AM USING THIS ON OUT BY THE POOL,

I am a big Sonos fan and already own 3 different Sonos wireless speakers. This new Sonos one came out and it had 2 big new features: 1. It can airplay YouTube. 2. It can has Alexa built in. Those features were very appealing because I would like to use the walkie talke like feature of Alexa to communicate to my wife who is on the other side of our place. Unfortunately, while it does kind of have Alexa on it, it is a de-featured Alexa that doesn't do some things like the walkie talkie like feature. Seems like false advertising to say it has Alexa. It really is like an Alexa-lite. The AirPlay feature is also a big of an asterisk. Since I have Sonos models that are one iteration older, if I want to airplay YouTube on the speakers, they have to be playing on the Sonos one. It won't play on the other 3 independently which is a drag. I ended up returning this item.

Would definitely recommend and buy this again . Sonos is a great product

You get what you pay for. Good speaker overall. I use them as surround sound.

Good product but little pricey I was expecting louder like Bose but is ok

As a speaker the sound quality is fantastic. As an Alexa enabled device, don't even bother. From the get go not all the streaming features of Alexa were present, this was even acknowledged by the manufacturer. All the articles I have read stated they will be coming in the future. I have had these now for 8 months and still nothing. Now when I say Alexa's name, she immediately returns "I'm sorry I'm having trouble understanding right now, please try again later"....this is her new favorite thing to say. Resetting the unit makes it work once, and the back to the "I'm sorry". If you want a good sounding wireless speaker get the Play:1. If you want a speaker with Alexa built in look elsewhere.
