Sounds awesome but it doesn't work with Alexa music everywhere like the echo does. Will only pair to other sonos systems

This is one of my favorite wireless speakers ever. It is truly the smartest too. Using Amazon Alexa I can control my music and volume from any room. I love that it is lightweight and small in design that I can move it from room to room if I want to. The sounds is amazing and crystal clear. It's loud enough that it can be heard throughout most of the house. Thank you Sonos for coming up with a way to manage all of my music in one place and with one app. It's so easy to use and one of my #1 gadgets.

Good if you have a sonos setup already I guess. Got it for the same price as a Play:1. Try to avoid the always-listenng Alexa .

Overall a cool product. Alexa works about half of the time. Low end leaves you wanting but is solid for such a small speaker. Sonos app works great.

I ended up returning it because at the time I bought it. The speaker did not stream along with Echo devices (which may be different now)

This is a good product and was excited to have them added to my configuration. The only issue I had was the inability to turn the Alexa name off.

Sound is good but everything is done with an app. No bluetooth involved. I returned it for Bose.

Good speaker but could not get it to work with alexa. It may work better with an I phone.

Alexa is a great is a great future but for the lack of bass and that you can not use without cable leaves much to be desired

Great sound but I believe she has taken one too many stupid pills. Has a mind of its own..

Sonos is good, works properly... Nothing fantastic. Best buy customer service is terrible though

The sonos one is a great little speaker. My only issue with it is it doesn’t handle the bass very well.

I wasted over 2k and it doesn’t work. I also spent another 4k and I got no reward points Total waste

I have these in one of my rooms (whole house setup with Sonos) and they do not work great (sound is equivalent to PLAY:1). The Alexa function does not always work and the setup was not straight forward. just installed the SW update and hoped it would be better. But now they do not work any more at all (with Alexa) need to figure out why

Sound cuts in and out tried the updates but still does not fix the problem

While it offers great sound, the set up is not easy at all and the Sonos customer service was awful. Long wait time (before Covid 19) so I can’t imagine how long it takes now! Not compatible with iTunes either.

Didn’t think it was a good speaker. Didn’t sound great and wasn’t loud at all.
