Excellent Condition is described by Best Buy as "Includes all parts and accessories." The missing parts are back-ordered (on all Sony and 3rd-party sites). So, I can't even install it. The missing wire harness is essential. I now have an expensive shelf ornament, and I have to spend more money on the parts later if I decide to keep it. Nice work Best Buy! lol

The receiver freezes repeatedly and disconnects, but not all the way. When it acts up I can not look at my phone screen for gps. The volume for Sirius radio doesn't work all the time if you are using Android Auto. The display is big, but the bevel is thick and makes the receiver looks dated.

So either they dont know how to install or this radio is piece of crap. Voice to text does not work. I have to reconnect radio to phone once a week etc.etc.etc.

It back to get it fixed and are currently waiting for parts to come in. We have been told it was fixed to find out the same issue is still not fixed. Have no stereo for a minimum is almost two months so far. Do not recommend this at all.
