I have always been a Denon person, yet this time I was on a budget. For the price of this Sony compared to the cheaper Denon, it was way better. So far I have had no problems with it.

I would recommend this to any budget receiver shopper.Nice features , only one annoying feature is that it makes tick sounds when its turned on which i felt is loud. Like a Capacitor turning On in Old Tv's.

I had an older receiver with no hdmi ports. This solved many issues for me at a great price. I was able to connect my nuc, my Roku player and my Blu-ray dvd player to my new receiver and used one one out hdmi to my tv. Works well.

I recently bought this reciever and I have it set up in a closet with my cable box xbox and DVD player w/it and ran a hdmi under the house and up to my tv. And I am about to put outside speakers coming from it. It is. Ery easy to set up.

I needed a receiver for the outdoor speakers I purchased and this system was perfect. Easy set-up especially for a beginner. Speakers work great as well.

The system is easy to set up and install. A great feature is the microphone for automatic level of the speakers. The only tricky part is figuring out how to use the HDMI cable to carry sound from the tv when using a smart hub feature.

receiver has all the features a newbie will need. i got a really good deal on this, as it was an open box item. nothing compares in the same price range. bluetooth is almost compulsory in this day and age

This receiver was very easy to set up using the HDMI configuration. The complex part for me is the way the receiver now controls the access of content to my TV. It's a learning curve not a detriment

Bought this because I blew up my last one afer 20 years. So far this product is exceeding my expectations. It does more than I realized when I bought it. I have it hooked up through my home speakers and the TV sounds great.

Improved sound using real speakers instead of the tiny and tinny sounding speakers in my LED flat screen TV. Convenient for switching video sources between broadcast TV, Blu-Ray player, Apple TV and Digital Video Recorder.

We purchased this mid-priced receiver and it has become a very nice powering unit for the home entertainment system. It adequately powers four inside speakers and four outside speakers on the patio. We are happy with it!

this receiver works great. i wish it had wifi but the 7.2 is amazing and the bluetooth connects really easily to my phone. the app doesn't always seem to work right, but the remote is very easy to use. id recommend this.

We bought this as a replacement to our old receiver that was dying. We considered other models but we've been very happy with it. We've had it almost 4 months now.

Replaced my old sony amp with this one for the HDMI connections. The sound is clearer and better with HDMI as opposed to coming from the amp via the TV connection.

I was looking for a low cost, easy set up receiver with Bluetooth and found it here! The only thing that they should had included is a manual. Had to go on line for it

Works great and very easy setup. Only issue I had was the fact that a optical cable is required to play sound on smart tv apps.

Great system. Quality sound with many features. easy to connect and use. Bluetooth works great with an iPhone.

This receiver was easy to set up and works great. i love that all of my functions are controlled through the receiver and it works effortlessly to push my speakers!

Great receiver but had a little trouble setting up. Easy to connect wires and start but trying to figure out how to change frequency’s and how far the speakers are and bass was a little troubling
