Granted I am still using the Onkyo speakers with this unit, however, I see little difference in the performance. I plan on buying another one of these for the Optova 3D projector I was given for Christmas in my new theater room.

I wanted to run the sound through the receiver instead of the cheap TV speaker. I was pleasantly surprised with this unit when I compared it to more expensive units. The system has been performing well. I am very happy with my purchase.
