The fact that it doesn't have a mic is a bit of an inconvenience though.

The product itself is great. It does everything he needs through his apple iphone. Sound Quality is great as well as the touch screen.

Make sure to pick up all the metra adapters. Like having a dial instead for volume control. Store employee and manager at Colma, CA store we’re phenomenal. Apple CarPlay is hands down one of the best features.

The unit has a great display, it is easy to use and sounds great. The installation team did a VERY fast and great job installing as well.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you’re looking to make your old 1990s-2010’s vehicle relive their youth, then this is the radio for you, absolutely love this radio, it has Apple CarPlay which is a must with literally almost everyone owning one, (sorry it doesn’t have android auto) and it really make a difference from your old stock radio, I know it’s not that cheap but it really beats out all Bluetooth transmitters. You’re not going to throw away your money with this one, it’s an investment. I definitely recommend to amp up your vehicles entertainment system with this one.

The market to upgrade my son’s car stereo from standard to CarPlay. It’s the first time I’ve done this since over 30 years. The product is amazing!! It’s got better stereo quality and sound than the one that came with the car! The touchscreen was an added bonus!! My son is thrilled to be upgraded to the CarPlay and that too by Samsung!! I’m a huge fan of Samsung products!! When I’m in any doubt about a product, Samsung saves the day!! Thanks you to BestBuy for an excellent customer experience!!

For $300 w/ install and CarPlay included, pretty sweet. Have had it 4-6 weeks or so. Technician was professional, did a really nice job (pair of speakers done at same time). I realize this isn’t a top of the line radio, but if you have an iPhone, it’s basically just like using your phone, plus it has enough features to play around with. I’m happy with the purchase. Plus, it’s Sony. You just can’t go wrong with them.

The difference in sound is definitely noticeable. CarPlay is almost a requirement in vehicles, and this fits the bill.
