This is a really solid stereo for someone looking to upgrade your car. Apple CarPlay is such a useful feature and really updates any cars. Sounds great with good volume levels, coming from an audiophile.

I wanted Apple Carplay, I also wanted a front face USB connection and a round volume control . I also wanted to have a back-up camera. This have "hands-free" calling and this works excellent.

We’ve had this radio installed for a few weeks in our 2013 Toyota Prius. Definitely works very well and we were happy with Geek Squad at Best Buy installing it. They recommended all the additional parts we’d need - except for a SiriusXM tuner, so unfortunately that won’t work for us and we’d have to get it installed separately. Otherwise it works very well, we primarily use Apple CarPlay.

Love this radio. So easy to use and connects with my iphone. When vehicle was hit/totaled during an auto accident, radio flew out onto the floor but still worked when it was reinstalled.

Sony carplay works and sounds great. Excellent functions, equalizers controls for subwoofer addition is nice to turn on/off and the installation was easy. Highly recommend

Needed a replacement for the factory in dash unit for my truck and this fit perfectly with the additional install kit and wire harness. With a little dash modification install was fairly straight forward and easy.

For the money this is great. Fit right in. Connects fast to bluetooth.

Great touch screen radio! Pushes the speakers good and is really loud. Would recommend to anyone needing a new radio!

Installed in 1999 2dr Tahoe and now it has everything, backup camera, apple play, XM, etc. I did not have to modify the dash.

I have been using this in my Honda Civic for about a month now and it’s been great. CarPlay functionality has been easy to use and the added microphone has made it easy to make calls and use Siri. My only issue was that I had to schedule two appointments for the installation and the first was only changed because I was not told in advance that the airbag light being on would prevent installation, so it was a wasted trip to a Best Buy which is not very local and another trip for the dealership before I could get it installed.

Installed in a 2010 Jetta. The install was super fast at Best Buy and the stereo is awesome! Great sound and functionality. Made my daughters car instantly cooler.

This stereo is absolutely awesome! The touchscreen is fast and very responsive. It’s wonderful to have all of my iPhone options right there at my fingertips without having to mess with the actual phone. It’s sound output is wonderful, especially considering we got a new kicker speakers. My only complaint is the microphone. Despite having it installed right by the drivers head, it still wouldn’t pick up my voice. The only way I could get Siri to work is through my iPhone and not the stereo. It’s possible it could be an issue with the microphone itself, or perhaps it came loose during installation. I’d have to reinstall it to know for sure. Overall however, I’m extremely satisfied and would definitely buy this again.

Great car audio system. My wife loves it. I installed it myself, wire prep 1 hour, I dash install 1 hour. Looks and sounds great.

Have this in my 2004 Toyota Matrix and it constantly has issues connecting to CarPlay. Sometimes when you connect your phone via USB, it stays on the "Pair phone" screen instead of going to carplay. Additionally, just connecting via bluetooth for music, sometimes the audio will cut in and out for a minute before playing music as normal. Sound quality is good though and after the initial cutting in and out, the device has never lost Bluetooth connection from my experience. However, the 2 main issues are too big not to ignore so get a better quality radio. My other car has the pioneer DMH-1500NEX and so far I have not had any issues after over a year of ownership. I recommend that one.

Added a backup camera to my truck and needed a new head unit. Way better than the price suggests and it has a knob!

Pleased with customer service and free install. Super simple to use. Love the apple car play feature. Looks just like my phone display on my dash. Happy customer.

Very satisfied with it. Easy to use, works great with subwoofers. Has a remote with it. Multiple tuning options. Bluetooth,USB, and aux on it. Can dim the screen light on it.
