I was disappointed when they were starting the installation, as they told me I needed another cable to connect my steering wheel controls to the unit. Then they informed me that they couldn’t connect the controls... then after the installation, and they handed over the keys, I went to my car and noticed they had broken my cup holder phone holder.... they tried to find one in store, but ended up ordering one to replace the damaged one... it took a few days, but that was ok.... other than those issues, I have been happy with the unit, and the installation was very well done....

It worked fine, I used it for navigation and music. As the months went by, it kept freezing and lagging. I was driving to New Hampshire and the gps suddenly disconnected and the radio started to overheat. When that happened I reset the radio and it was back to working again. Overall this was a great radio. The sound was amazing especially the bass.

Easy to install. Radio is easy to use. Not a whole lot of options on it though. Limited to 5 different plain backgrounds. Overall, I like it.

It has given me no issues so far, Apple car play works great! No lagging, very clear picture/display, just overall a very good stereo! No complaints :)
