The free installation, however, I am still waiting for. After an appointment fell through ( tech was very nice but ran out of time), I had to settle for one at a Best Buy 50 miles away, and a month and a half later.

Great sound and customization options but my only complaint is if you turn it up too loud it shuts off and restarts- no warning or anything and if you’re on a phone call while connected you can’t interact with it other than to hang up or modify phone call settings.
