I really tried to like this radio

Unfortunately had problems from day 1...the mic didn’t work for my hands free and every time I press a side button the screen would turn off. Day 2...mic still didn’t work, tried updating the radio and my phone, no change...then I would have Apple car play on and it would somehow open up Sirius or flip to the AUX without any button or screen being touched. Also noticed in any kind of sunlight display is not visible. Day 3...started the Jeep...my background color was different, clock was in military time and all presets erased. After that had to throw in the towel. Awaiting an exchange for a JVC...the only think that saved this experience was that I had it installed at Best Buy so they were wonderful at handling the exchange and install!

Our installer John at the Martinsburg WV location, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure we had exactly what we needed for our sons new stereo and his handsfree driving. Highly recommend.

CLEARLY kept the social distancing and answered any and all questions. I wish I had names. SUPER IMPRESSED with the way customer service was handled with all the COVID craziness going on. Super happy with my purchase and again your staff did a Stellar job getting my product, answering all questions, handling of the product etc.... GREAT JOB!!!!

I would recommend purchasing a unit with a larger screen if you are looking to use the map features. Also the Bluetooth connection took me sometime to get use to.
