When the radio goes out in your work van. you need to get another one. Nice upgrade for our work van!!!

This radio is pretty great. I have had no issues so far. Definitely an upgrade in my ole 2006 explorer.

Replaced my broken stoke radio on my prius and worked great. Even steering wheel control work with an aftermarket device.

Screen was much smaller Than expected Over al system it self is ok Just hate how my usb need to be connected But about 2 weeks later My car wouldn’t start And when I got it on The time was stuck and there is an annoying screen saver that keeps popping up . I’ve called the store and left messages no reply I made an apt to take it back in Annoyed

Love it! Best Buy installed it so quickly and it works great! The GPS is great on the big screen.

Didn’t need all the bells and whistles but this had everything we needed. Wanted a front auxiliary and USB ports and this had it and works well. Very happy with the purchase and installation

Very good item. Works perfectly and I like the features it has. The only thing I don’t quite like about it is that when it’s bright outside and the sun is shining on it, it’s hard to see the screen. Other than that it’s great.

It is easy to use and I love all the features but I am disappointed on the quality. For this price I expected better. After a couple of weeks of being installed by Best Buy, there was a problem with the volume. It will suddenly get loud and then lower as if there was a bad connection. There is also a crackling sound. I took it back to the store. It was reset but the problem still continues. Now, I have to try to deal with the manufacturer. Luckily it is still under warranty and hopefully they can fix or replace it.

I installed it in a 2003 forester and it works amazing!! However since older cars didn’t plan for screens in their center console there’s a lot of glare when it’s sunny. Worth jerryrigging a plastic piece over to help!!

This is the second one I have bought. Really like it. It’s got everything I wanted.

Apple car play is spotty sometimes but easy install and overall a great unit

This radio gets the job done. I am happy to finally have Apple play in my car, however this quality of the back up camera is not the best. It kind of looks a little blurry and not as crisp as it used to be.

it should be cheaper because similar receiver are much cheaper then this but since i liked sony i bought it

This works great. Screen is smaller than a lot of others out there but my son(s) really enjoy having this in their older vehicles.

It’s a good unit and the display is nice. Only issue is it seems to crash a lot. Occasionally it just reboots itself. Sometimes an update to Apple CarPlay will fix this but sometimes not, so I don’t think it’s always the cause.
