It is easy to use and I love all the features but I am disappointed on the quality. For this price I expected better. After a couple of weeks of being installed by Best Buy, there was a problem with the volume. It will suddenly get loud and then lower as if there was a bad connection. There is also a crackling sound. I took it back to the store. It was reset but the problem still continues. Now, I have to try to deal with the manufacturer. Luckily it is still under warranty and hopefully they can fix or replace it.

Radio works and looks great. Best Buy installed it and only took 20 minutes

Love this unit. I like that it has an actual volume knob compared to their other units. Have this head unit in both of my cars.

This radio gets the job done. I am happy to finally have Apple play in my car, however this quality of the back up camera is not the best. It kind of looks a little blurry and not as crisp as it used to be.

Replaced my broken stoke radio on my prius and worked great. Even steering wheel control work with an aftermarket device.

Screen was much smaller Than expected Over al system it self is ok Just hate how my usb need to be connected But about 2 weeks later My car wouldn’t start And when I got it on The time was stuck and there is an annoying screen saver that keeps popping up . I’ve called the store and left messages no reply I made an apt to take it back in Annoyed

When the radio goes out in your work van. you need to get another one. Nice upgrade for our work van!!!

This radio is pretty great. I have had no issues so far. Definitely an upgrade in my ole 2006 explorer.

My son seems to love it for his first car…big upgrade over stock radio

It’s a good unit and the display is nice. Only issue is it seems to crash a lot. Occasionally it just reboots itself. Sometimes an update to Apple CarPlay will fix this but sometimes not, so I don’t think it’s always the cause.

The only main problem I have with this is sometimes when I’m talking on the phone with Apple CarPlay the connection would cut off from both end. Other then that I’m happy with the Purchase.

With COVID the display head units were not working properly or at all. This was one of the few that we’re still working and we had to order it online since it was not available in the store. I am very pleased with the purchase so far.

High Quality - Easy to use. Nice Display. A little difficult to see the display in bright sunlight but that was an issue with my prior unit because of a poor design in the car's dash.

Best bang for the bucks! Does what I expected. Changes the look if my dash ad well

Love it! Best Buy installed it so quickly and it works great! The GPS is great on the big screen.

Love the functionality of this system. Includes all medias I was looking for and the usb on the front is super convenient.

This works great. Screen is smaller than a lot of others out there but my son(s) really enjoy having this in their older vehicles.

This is the second one I have bought. Really like it. It’s got everything I wanted.

Product is fine - gave 3 stars because Best Buy will tell you what other stuff you need in order to install - and charge you even more for that stuff (even though they tell you installation is free). Even worse, the installation guys can't guarantee that the extra stuff you need will definitely work - you might have to pay for more, or additional installation costs!!!

Good product. Installation was done by Best Buy. Smooth process. My daughter likes it.
