its a good stereo for its price tag but the screen quality is not the best. you'll see white shadow around the icons on the home page but it works fine with apple car play.

Own an older JK Wrangler that doesn't have CarPlay? Hands-down purchase this radio... The fit and finish is great and having the USB port right on the front of the unit is nice, especially on the Wrangler.

it should be cheaper because similar receiver are much cheaper then this but since i liked sony i bought it

Excellent customer service. Ronnie and just crew did an amazing job on the touch screen radio and speakers for my son. We will be returning at Christmas to get him an Amp and Subwoofer.

Bought it for our daughters car and my husband installed it and everything works Great,

I liked this unit except it could not keep the correct time. The clock was slightly slow so you have to adjust it about once every week or so in order to keep the correct time. Also, on a couple of occasions I noticed it was off by 3 hours and on one occasion it was a day behind. I’m not sure if this is a problem with my stereo or a common issue with this model but I’m going to exchange it for another brand.

Good value for a decent multi media receiver. The monitor is not as crispy as the iPhone’s screen. When sunlight hits the screen while backing up, the monitor is blurry.

Ive had several of these devices. I use it for everything. This one is a huge step up with 4k

Apple car play is spotty sometimes but easy install and overall a great unit

Radio was a gift. the geek squad installed the sony radio and the next day it didn't turn on. Turned out to be a programming issue that the geek squad said they would address.

...especially for the money. Not allot of frills and limited equalizer capabilities. If your looking for a good Apple CarPlay unit that's puts out good power and has a steady / reliable GUI then for the money this one is tough to beat.

The in-store experience was not very good. The car stereo I wanted was not in store so Sales person said it would be easier for HIM if I ordered it online and come in for install when received. Unit turned out to be discontinued so I had to go back to store and start all over. Different sales person was VERY helpful. He ordered the new unit for me and made appointment for the install. The install person was AWESOME! Very helpful and friendly and patient. Note: I am 74 woman and know nothing about electronics.

Seems like it will work well when I finally get it installed later this month. I got the same unit for my son’s car a few months ago and I have to say I was a bit underwhelmed, but the tech assured me that the problem was with the speakers—an annoying interference buzz when I ran it on all four speakers. Fingers crossed that it works better in my vehicle.

Had it for a year never failed . Doesnt get stuck and reverse camera looks clear

Purchased because of the front usb input. However, the front usb input caused my connection with carplay to cut in and out because of how loose the usb is when you plug it in. Changed Iphone cables and eventually discovered it was just how loose the connection is. Nice design just needs improvement.

This is a pretty decent cheap stereo that has a screen. If you have a good phone this is the way to go since it hooks to your phone

Buttons are nice to have. On Apple play deck will randomly skip songs.

I had a screen and back up camera installed. When I had the screen installed the guy called me and said that not any phone would connect to it. It had apple car play so I would not be able to use it. When I got there it did work. He said that he would call me back to replace it Incase it stops working. He never called. Also, the back up camera instantly gets blurry when you start driving and then when you stop it gets clear again. I’m dissapointed with these products and think I should have went else where.

The volume wheel doesn’t work when I want it to and have to use the remote overall it’s works fine
