Works and sounds great!

Great Apple integration, and the inclusion of a physical knob is nice.

Bad Customer Service

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to drive 70 miles to have it installed only to be told by the Geek squad installer that the brackets supplied my the manufacturer were cheap and would not properly support the radio. The installer told me that the Tuscaloosa store should have told me that the factory brackets were were needed.i returned the product as it was also the wrong color. He told me that the Tuscaloosa store does this all the time. Wasted 8 hours traveling to Trussville and back. The Geek Squad installer was very helpful identifying the issue with the poor service.
