The only thing I’m disappointed about is that your phone doesn’t automatically sync to it and it must be plug in to use certain features.

Thank you for your comment. We sincerely regret to hear that you're experiencing display/no video issue on your XAVAX1000. This is certainly not the experience we're hoping you would have. If the display panel on the car stereo receiver is dim or does not light, the connectors may need to be cleaned or there may be a mode setting that needs to be adjusted. Please check the dimmer settings of the head unit by following the steps on this link:

Store not honoring pre set appointments. Telling me drop car off , then they aren’t there , then not doing it correctly ,corporate not Caring fixing it adequately. Then the screen failed after a couple months , they had my radio almost a month and still claim they are fixing it . Corporate does not . Best Buy service is crap

It will not read the entire text message and becomes even more of a distraction than texting while driving! Drops the audio channel. Audio quality on calls is atrocious when connected via usb. Bluetooth works better but maps don't work. All in all, $500 wasted
